Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Coa Aesthetics. By booking hair and/or makeup services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before securing your date.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSIT

  • All bookings are confirmed once the signed agreement and deposit are received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total service fee.

  • Without a deposit, dates cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer (details provided on invoice).

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to weddings or one day prior to photoshoots.

  • Services will not be performed unless full payment has been received.

PRICING

  • Prices are listed clearly at the time of booking.

  • Bridal packages are charged at a premium rate, reflecting the extended time and focus dedicated exclusively to the bride.

  • Travel fees may apply depending on location.

  • Any additional time beyond the agreed schedule (e.g. overtime during photoshoots) will be charged at the hourly rate outlined in the booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations:

  • More than 6 months before a wedding: deposit forfeited.

  • Less than 6 months before a wedding: 50% of total fee due.

  • Within 7 days of a photoshoot or same-day cancellations: full fee due.

  • Postponements: every effort will be made to accommodate a new date; however, new rates or additional fees may apply.

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

  • A clean, well-lit space with a table, chair, and nearby power outlet must be provided.

  • Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair and clean, moisturised skin.

  • Please notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.

DELAYS & GUEST COUNT

  • A final headcount for weddings must be confirmed no later than 4 weeks before the event. Reductions after this date will still be charged.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened or adjusted services to stay on schedule.

REPLACEMENT & LIABILITY

  • In the unlikely event that the lead artist is unable to perform services, a trusted replacement will be arranged. If no replacement is available, payments will be refunded (excluding trial fees).

  • All tools and products are sanitised before use. We are not liable for reactions due to allergies or sensitivities not disclosed before services.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if unsanitary conditions, contagious illnesses, or disrespectful behaviour are present.

  • Verbal abuse or harassment will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

MEDIA CONSENT

  • With your permission, we may take behind-the-scenes images or use professional photographs for portfolio and social media purposes. Consent will always be requested.

DEFAMATION CLAUSE

  • Clients agree not to make or publish false, defamatory, or disparaging remarks about the artist or services.

  • Any concerns should be communicated directly, allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue in good faith.
